Excerpt of Resolution No. 2020-074 SACRAMENTO AREA FLOOD CONTROL AGENCY OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 SACRAMENTO COUNTY AND SUTTER COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 16, 2020, an estimated total assessment of $6,200,000 was ordered paid at the time of and collected with and not separate from the collection of property taxes for Sacramento County and Sutter County purposes. Any payment which shall remain unpaid on the date of delinquency established for taxes for county purposes will be delinquent and shall bear interest from the date of delinquency at a rate of one and one half percent (1.5%) per month and a ten percent (10%) penalty shall be added thereto and collected for use by the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency.
